Art Beat Studios

In March 2026 thanks to funding from the Million Hours Fund You Turn launched our new creative project ‘Art Beat Studios’ - A creative and therapeutic hub based at You Turn, designed to improve mental health, reduce anti-social behaviour, and build life skills through music, art, and therapy.

During our new sessions, held on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings, we deliver:

1. Music & Media: Access to the recording studio and music practice rooms. Guided workshops in song writing, recording, mixing, and editing.

2. Art Workshops: Creative sessions in painting, graffiti, sculpture, and mixed media. Collaborative group projects, such as murals or exhibitions.

3. Counselling & Therapeutic Support: Each evening will also include one hour of counselling, delivered by a qualified counsellor, available as one-to-one or small-group support. Also with scope to working collaboratively with other creative professionals using art therapy and music therapy, to address issues affecting young peoples lives.

We're very excited about this new creative development to our service.
