In March 2026 thanks to funding from the Million Hours Fund You Turn launched our new creative 
project ‘Art Beat Studios’ - A creative and therapeutic hub based at You Turn, designed to improve 
mental health, reduce anti-social behaviour, and build life skills through music, art, and therapy.
During our new sessions, held on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings, we deliver:

1. Music & Media: Access to the recording studio and music practice rooms. Guided workshops in song 
writing, recording, mixing, and editing.

2. Art Workshops: Creative sessions in painting, graffiti, sculpture, and mixed media. Collaborative group
projects, such as murals or exhibitions.

3. Counselling & Therapeutic Support: Each evening will also include one hour of counselling, delivered 
by a qualified counsellor, available as one-to-one or small-group support. Also with scope to working 
collaboratively with other creative professionals using art therapy and music therapy, to address issues 
affecting young peoples lives.
